Hellboy: The Yule Cat
This one was a real treat to be given the opportunity to write my own Hellboy story for the 2023 holiday special. Being such a fan of The Bones of Giants, I decided to make an epilogue of sorts, or a slight return anyway. If King Vold was the first part of the story and The Bones of Giants follows, then I imagine the Yule Cat as being a third in that arc. Inspired by a trip to Iceland and a cool guy I met there as well as a return to the Icelandic Sagas that made me want to try drawing comics in the first place with Barbarian Lord.
